For ages K-8th
November 17th- March 12th (17 weeks)
Practice options: Sunday 1pm, Tuesday 6pm, Wednesday 6pm.
Train with us during the winter wrestling season to best prepare yourself to accomplish all your goals. During our training we will cover the four major positions in wrestling which include neutral attacks, bottom, top, and defense. We will ensure that your young wrestler understands the basics of wrestling before advancing to other techniques.
Note: if you select any of the 1 or 2 weekly practice options, you are not bound to certain evenings. You may pick whatever night(s) works best for you and your wrestler each week.
