Winter season training.
November 17th- March 12th (17 weeks)
This winter training plan will ensure that your wrestler is as prepared as possible for the this winter wrestling season and hep them to accomplish their goals this season. During our training we will cover the four major positions in wrestling which include neutral attacks, bottom, top, and defense. We will ensure that your young wrestler understands the basics of wrestling before advancing to other techniques.
Note: if you select any of the 1 or 2 weekly practice options, you are not bound to certain evenings. You may pick whatever night(s) works best for you and your wrestler each week.
